Ray was open and honest with us about the market. He knew the challenges that we were going to face and the area that we were listing in. Ray has years of experience behind him, which we believe, helped to sell our house. As soon as we signed the contract, he made arrangements to have the photographer in and to get our house on the market. We know that we needed to move quickly as the market was going to be flooded with homes and within 2 days we had approved everything and the listing was up. House was sold for asking price to the first couple that came and saw it.
Ray provides such personalized service. We felt comfortable with him right from the start.

Absolutely nothing. We had an amazing experience and 3 months later we can’t believe that we sold our house for asking price to the first people who saw it.

We had such an amazing experience dealing with Ray. We interviewed realtors and found that the “Team Approach wasn’t going to give us the service that we wanted and felt that our house needed. With his years of experience and knowledge of the neighbourhood, our house sold on the first day in a difficult market.
